Russo’s On The Bay Loyalty Program
Russo’s Group Loyalty for Not For Profit Organization with a 501 (c)(3) status
A loyalty card will be issued to your company. Upon registering your loyalty card, you will receive an email with a link to create a login access to your online account where you can view your point balance and transaction(s) history.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. Please keep your login information confidential.
You will earn 1 point for each $1 spent. Point accrual will begin upon the enrollment date in the program. No retroactive points will be awarded. Points will be deducted for any credits made on your account. Points will have a value of 2.5% of every dollar spent.
Points will not have an immediate cash value (including as a partial payment for any purchases) or be utilized toward gratuities. Accumulated points may be redeemed at anytime by contacting your representative at Russo’s On The Bay. The accumulated funds will be made payable (form of a check) to the charity of the nonprofit organization of your choice on your behalf.
Points are non-transferrable or devisable and may not be combined with another member’s account.
Reward points may not be used with any other promotion, offer or discount.
vPoints will only be rewarded or accumulated at location indicated on the card.
Rights to Change/Modify/ Cancel
We reserve the right to terminate your membership in our Rewards Program if your Loyalty Card is not used to earn or redeem points for 2 consecutive years, or if we believe that you have engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity or failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
We may discontinue our Rewards Program at any time in our sole discretion with no liability to you. A communication notice on our website and/or email will inform the loyalty client of changes or cancelations.
The rewards structure is subject to modification, cancellation, or limitation at the company’s discretion with or without notice. The number of points required to redeem any reward may be substantially increased, any reward may be withdrawn, and restrictions on any reward or reward redemption (“Reward Redemption”) may be imposed at any time.
Lost Loyalty Card
If your Loyalty Card is lost or stolen, you must suspend the card through your online account or by notifying Russo’s On the Bay by email or by contacting the office at the issuing location.
Request for a replacement Loyalty Card is available only at the issuing locations. You must log in to your online account and register your replacement Loyalty Card.
