The order
of the evening

Here’s how an evening usually runs. Your coordinator builds yours around it.

  1. 4:30 Arrival

    Cars at the front door

Complimentary valet, the foyer, the veil, the first photographs. Then vows in the garden.

  2. 6:00 Cocktails

    Cocktail hour

More than ten stations and open bars, along the Promenade with the bay on one side.

  3. 7:45 Dinner

    At the table

Plated, with staff assigned table by table. Pasta made from scratch, steaks aged and cut to our chef’s specs.

  4. 10:00 Dessert

    The Venetian hour

A hundred desserts and more, then the floor clears for everyone.

  5. 11:45 Departure

    The last dance

Then valet brings the cars around, and Vetro is two blocks down the boulevard.

Two kitchens and a bakery downstairs cook every course to order.

Vows outside

Flagstone, clipped hedges and seasonal planting, with a waterfall and the floating gazebo out on the water beyond. Ceremonies happen here, weather permitting, with an indoor plan ready if the forecast turns.

Seating is due ten days before the wedding, and you can make changes until 8:30 pm the night before. Children’s meals are half price once your guarantee is met, and teen rates are available on certain days.

Yes. You build it with the chef. Kosher catering is available, and so are Albanian, Polish, Greek and Caribbean menus.

We move the ceremony inside as soon as the forecast changes. In an emergency like a hurricane, you can move the date.

Often, but never in your room. We host more than one party at a time, and every couple has their room to themselves.

Bring your own vendors or use ours.
