Weddings take a $2,500 non-refundable deposit. The first $500 can go on a credit card, and the rest by personal check or money order.
Yes. Your payment schedule is printed on the front of the contract. Follow it, or we’ll set up a plan that works better for you. Tell us about any special circumstances before you book.
Yes. Your payments are bonded, so your money is safe even if Russo’s were ever to go bankrupt. Ask and we’ll send you the paperwork.
Seating is due ten days before the wedding. You can change seating until 8:30 pm the night before. If guests cancel, you’re not charged for them as long as you meet your guaranteed number of adults.
Yes. Children’s meals are half price once your guarantee is met, and teen rates are available on certain days.
Yes. Sit down with the chef and build it. We cook Albanian, Polish, Greek and Caribbean dishes, and kosher catering is available.
No. Every meal is plated, and each table has its own wait staff.
Yes. Before you sign off on the menu, the two of you taste the dishes you’re considering. Dinner at Vetro is another good way to see what our kitchen does.
Yes. Book a hospitality hour: miniature sandwiches, cookies, pastries and fruit, with the bar open and coffee, espresso, cappuccino and tea.
Yes. Russo’s Garden hosts ceremonies, weather permitting, with an indoor plan ready if the forecast turns. We also offer outdoor ceremonies at Vetro, our sister location, along the waterfront.
In an emergency like a blizzard or a hurricane, you can move the date. We’ll work it out with you.

Often, yes. We host more than one party at a time, never two in the same room.
Children’s entertainment isn’t included, but our preferred vendors include face painters, balloon makers and magicians.
